Beth Cobbs Bailey

Beth Cobbs Bailey, CFE, is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in auditing, compliance, and fraud investigation. Currently serving as a Senior Auditor for the State of South Carolina Office of the Inspector General since September 2025, Beth leads audits that enhance government transparency and accountability. Previous roles include Manager of the Customer Identification Program at LPL Financial, where responsibilities included client verification and risk management, as well as positions focused on fraud investigation and compliance at First Hawaiian Bank, JPMorgan Chase, and Bank of Hawaii. Beth holds a Master’s degree in Fraud and Compliance Management from Utica University and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
