Brittni Skipper

Brittni Skipper has been working at the State of South Dakota since June 2015, currently holding the position of Director of Finance & Administration and Principal Budget Analyst at the Bureau of Finance & Management. Prior to her current role, Brittni worked at Black Hills State University from April 2011 to May 2015 as an Assistant Director at the SD Center for Enterprise Opportunity. She holds a Master's of Science in Strategic Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Black Hills State University.
