Matthew Morgan

Matthew Morgan is an experienced professional in implementation management and financial software solutions, currently serving as a Trust Examiner for the State of South Dakota since September 2023. Previously, Matthew held the position of Implementations Manager for Tyler Technologies from March 2021 to January 2023, leading a team in converting local government financial data into ERP Pro software, while also focusing on recruitment, cross-functional projects, and efficiency in implementation processes. Prior to that, Matthew worked at Fiserv from 1996 to 2020, where roles included Manager of Implementations, overseeing a team for bank software installations, and Senior Implementation Project Coordinator, managing complex financial software projects for community banks. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from South Dakota State University.
