Jared Felt

Jared Felt is an experienced Information Technology leader currently serving as the Director of Information Technology for the State of Utah since September 2013. In this role, Jared leads a team responsible for agency operations across cloud and on-prem environments, overseeing a wide range of management duties including help desk support, application support, infrastructure management, release management, troubleshooting, service delivery, compliance and security, budget oversight, inventory management, and staffing. Prior to this position, Jared worked as an Information Technology Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2011 to September 2013, where responsibilities included supervising a team focused on a significant Air Force program. Jared's earlier career includes roles at Novell, Inc. as a Zenworks Professional Services and Escalation Engineer, and at Senforce Technologies as an Endpoint Security Professional Services Technical Consultant. Jared holds a degree in Management Information Systems from Utah State University.
