Jeff Shumway

Jeff Shumway is the Director of the Office of Professional Licensure Review at the State of Utah, where Jeff founded and leads the department. Prior to this role, Jeff worked at Social Finance as Managing Director and Vice President, overseeing strategy, budgeting, and operations for a national impact finance and advisory nonprofit. Jeff also has experience at The Bridgespan Group as a Manager and Case Team Leader, working on various social impact projects. Jeff's early career includes roles as a Consultant at Monitor Deloitte and a Marketing Analyst at RTC. Jeff holds a Master of Public Policy in Environmental Studies from Harvard Kennedy School and a BS in Economics and Spanish from Brigham Young University.
