Marc Titcomb

Marc Titcomb is an experienced financial professional currently serving as a Financial Information Systems Supervisor and previously held roles as Financial Manager II and Financial Manager I at the State of Utah since February 2019. Prior to this, Marc worked at the Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority (UHEAA) from December 2011 to February 2019, where responsibilities included serving as Financial Services Supervisor, Trainer, Business Systems Analyst - Strategic Projects, Team Lead, and Representative III.
