Mitch Peterson

Mitch Peterson currently serves as the Director of Staff Development at Logan River Academy, LLC, and operates Stoa Educational Ventures, focusing on providing solutions to individuals and organizations. Since March 2023, Mitch has also held the position of Plan Manager for Juvenile Justice and Youth Services with the State of Utah. Prior experience includes managing business programs for underserved small business owners at CACHE REFUGEE AND IMMIGRANT CONNECTION, and a role as Training Supervisor at Advanced Call Center Technologies, where significant improvements in employee retention were achieved. Additional prior roles include Chief Operations Officer at LiteTrax, MBA Career Specialist and Lecturer at Utah State University, and various teaching positions in different school districts. Mitch holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Education from Northern Arizona University.
