Scott Bowman

Scott Bowman serves as the Lead Developmental Specialist Counselor at the Slate Canyon Youth Detention Center since December 2022. Additionally, Scott co-owns A.T. INVESTMENTS LLC, which focuses on enhancing the lives of struggling families in Utah through both non-profit initiatives and entrepreneurial ventures since September 2018. Previous roles include Executive Director at Discovery Connections, overseeing adolescent treatment services, and State Director at Community Options, Inc., supervising multiple department heads in programming for adults with disabilities. Scott has extensive experience in residential treatment centers, having served as Executive Director at both Ascent Country Residential and Sandhill Ascent Residential Treatment Center, where responsibilities included budget oversight, programming development, and operational management. Scott holds an MBA from the University of Utah and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Utah Valley University.
