Lenora Sneva, MPA, CDE, currently serves as the Podcast Host for "Let's chat about it," a podcast that fosters meaningful conversations around personal narratives of self-discovery. With a robust career in organizational strategy and performance, Lenora has held various strategic roles within the State of Washington since 2013, including Organization Strategy & Performance Director and Equity Officer, where leadership focuses on equity-driven initiatives and organizational change management. Previous experience includes positions in project management, human resources, and donor relations, along with a strong educational background in Public Administration and Communications from the University of Washington.
