Patrick Mendel

Patrick Mendel is an experienced executive and leadership coach currently working with the State of Washington to enhance leadership skills among executive leaders through self-awareness and data-driven insights. Previously, Mendel served as Clinic Manager at Providence Health & Services, where responsibilities included supporting resident physicians and meeting ACGME program requirements. With over a decade at Willamette Dental Group, Mendel initially held the role of Clinic Manager, progressing to Director of Leadership Development, where key achievements included creating tools for clinic managers and mentoring leaders on change management and operational strategies. Mendel holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Washington State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Western Washington University.
