Emin Heydarli

Emin Heydarli, MBA, serves as the Deputy CFO at SOCAR Marketing and Operations, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Emin accumulated extensive experience at The International Bank of Azerbaijan from August 2010 to January 2022, progressing from Head of Back Office Operations to Deputy Director of Central Treasury. Additional experience includes a short tenure at RBS in 2010 focused on Group Treasury and Emerging Markets and various positions at The International Bank of Azerbaijan starting in 2002. Emin holds an MBA from Durham University Business School and has advanced degrees in finance from Azerbaijan State University of Economics and a bachelor's degree in Engineering Economics and Management from Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University.
