Orkhan Bayramli

Orkhan Bayramli is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) since July 2024, following a tenure as a Machine Learning Engineer at Azercell Telecom LLC from February 2023 to July 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Machine Learning Engineer at the Azerbaijan Artificial Intelligence Lab and a Computer Vision Engineer at Desion. Orkhan also completed an internship as a Mobile Developer at the e-Gov Development Center in March 2019. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in ICT from the Università degli Studi di Padova (2019-2021) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from ADA University (2015-2019).
