Michael Tokarchick

Michael Tokarchick is an experienced professional in the fields of development and philanthropy, currently serving as the Director of Grants and Philanthropic Impact at the State Policy Network since May 2023. Previously, Tokarchick held positions including Director of Donor Communications Strategy at Bearing Tree, Assistant Director of Development at the Manhattan Institute, and Assistant Director of Development for the Law & Economics Center at George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School. Earlier in the career, Tokarchick worked as Development Manager at the Institute for Justice, External Affairs Manager at the Center for Competitive Politics, and interned in the U.S. House of Representatives. Tokarchick holds an MSc in Political Theory from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a B.A. in Political Science from Marquette University.
