Scott Wallace has extensive experience in maintenance management, having worked in various roles including Preventative Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Manager. Scott has worked with a variety of equipment, including dozers, payloaders, trucks, and harbor boats. Scott has also held supervisory positions in the production industry, ensuring quality standards and exceeding production quotas. Additionally, Scott has experience as a Construction Equipment Repairman in the Alabama Army National Guard and as a Tool Pusher at Frisco City Well Service. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from American InterContinental University.

The Alabama State Port Authority owns and operates the public, deep-water port facilities at the Port of Mobile handling over 25 million tons of cargo annually. The Authority’s container, general cargo, heavy lift and bulk terminals have immediate and unencumbered access to two interstate systems, five Class 1 railroads, and nearly 15,000 miles of inland waterway connections.
