Fiona Preston is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in operations management and customer service across various sectors. Currently serving as the General Manager of Venues at Melbourne Sports Centres since April 2021, Fiona oversees the strategic planning and growth of premier sporting venues. Prior to this role, Fiona held the position of Executive General Manager of Recreation at YMCA Victoria, where leadership across a network of community facilities was emphasized. With a strong background in retail customer operations at Momentum Energy and significant roles at ANZ, Dental Health Services Victoria, and Diabetes Victoria, Fiona has consistently focused on customer-centric cultures and operational excellence.
