Jim Wood

Jim Wood is a seasoned professional in real estate asset and investment management, currently serving as Vice President at State Street Global Advisors since September 2017. In this role, Jim is a Senior Asset Manager within the Real Estate team, contributing to the management of direct and indirect real estate assets across Ireland, the UK, and continental Europe. Prior to this, Jim held positions at JLL and GVA Donal O Buachalla, focusing on asset disposals, acquisitions, and advisory services in the hotels and hospitality sector, and began a career in property negotiations at DNG. Jim holds a B.Sc in Valuation Surveying (Property Economics) from Technological University Dublin.
