Jessica Riggs

Jessica Riggs (Zeppa) is an experienced Application Team Manager at State Street Global Advisors, where responsibilities include managing a global team of developers, QA members, and business analysts to support Shareholder Services. With a career at SSgA beginning in January 2001, Jessica has held various roles, including Senior Business Analyst and Principal Business Analyst, focusing on equity accounting systems and leading a project for the implementation of a new accounting system.
