Sylwia Czapiga

Sylwia Czapiga currently serves as a Senior Client Portal Support Analyst AVP at State Street Global Advisors since March 2022, bringing extensive experience from a previous tenure at State Street from March 2008 to March 2022. In the earlier role as Performance Analyst Team Manager, Officer, Sylwia oversaw key performance areas in operations, project management, client relations, and team management, while also assessing the performance of Team Leaders. Previously, in roles such as Performance Analyst Team Supervisor and Senior Performance Analyst, Sylwia successfully transitioned processes to the Cracow office and managed a team focused on portfolio performance verification and client reporting. As a Senior Fund Accountant, responsibility included the oversight of daily fund accounting operations and accurate net asset value calculations. Sylwia holds a Master’s degree in Management from Krakow University of Economics, completed in 2008.
