Aditya Vikram

Aditya Vikram is an experienced professional in employee health and benefits, currently serving as Vice President of Benefits at State Street since July 2025, where responsibilities include enhancing employee experiences across the APAC region. Prior to this role, Aditya held various positions at Marsh from November 2016 to July 2025, including Vice President and Assistant Vice President, focusing on consultancy in employee health and benefits. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Manager and Relationship Manager at Aon and as an Account Manager at Western Provident Association. Aditya holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Bangalore University.
