Ashley Hazen

Ashley (Leach) Hazen, MBA, serves as the Global Head of Recon for Alternatives and North American Head of Asset Owners for Private Markets at State Street since January 2007, currently holding the title of Managing Director. Ashley possesses extensive experience in private equity real assets fund administration and has held various positions, including Vice President Private Equity Product Manager and Senior Associate in fund administration. Prior to joining State Street, Ashley worked as a Paralegal at Peckar & Abramson, P.C. Ashley earned a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Pace University and a degree in Labor & Industrial Relations with a focus on Health Policy Administration from Penn State University.
