Doug Pettingell

Doug Pettingell is an experienced professional in workforce planning and people analytics, currently serving as the Head of Workforce Planning and People Analytics/Insights at State Street since February 2017. Prior to this role, Doug held several vice president positions at Fidelity Investments from 2003 to 2016, including Vice President of Human Resources Strategy & Business Planning, where leadership was provided for a $200M Human Resource group. Doug also functioned as Vice President of Human Resources Risk and Vendor Management, focusing on employee data protection and third-party risk management. In addition, Doug directed the formation of the People Analytics function and provided financial leadership in multiple capacities. Doug holds an MBA in Finance from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics from Houghton University.
