Ellyn Charters Zarracina

Ellyn Charters Zarracina has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ellyn began their career as a Corporate Paralegal at Ropes & Gray LLP from September 2005 to September 2006. Subsequently, they worked as a Consultant in the Strategic Research Group at Capgemini Consulting from September 2006 to June 2008. Ellyn then joined Bain & Company as a Case Team Leader from August 2010 to January 2014. Since then, Ellyn has been associated with State Street, where they have held various roles including Vice President of Global Strategy from February 2014 to February 2015, Chief of Staff to the President/COO from February 2015 to February 2017, Senior Vice President of Client Operations from February 2017 to February 2019, Head of US Asset Managers (Client Management & Client Operations) from February 2019 to March 2021, and currently serves as the Global Head of Client Service since April 2021.

Ellyn Charters Zarracina holds a BA with Honors from Boston College. Ellyn also completed an MBA with a focus on Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing Management at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Additionally, they participated in a semester abroad program at UCL.
