Frank Blasio

Frank Blasio is currently the Managing Director at State Street, where they serve as a strategic advisor and lead communications for the Chairman & CEO. They were previously the Director of Sustainable Business at Citizens and held significant roles including Director of Thought Leadership and Program Development at the Coalition for Inclusive Capitalism and Senior Vice President of Sustainable Investment & ESG at Lazard Asset Management. Frank began their career as a Professional Liability Underwriter at The Hartford and has held various underwriting positions, demonstrating expertise in risk management. They hold a Master’s Degree in Global Affairs with distinction from New York University, a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Hofstra University, and an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford.
