Jaspal Rekhi

Jaspal Rekhi is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in learning technology and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Global Head of Learning Technology & Curation at State Street, Jaspal previously held the position of Digital Transformation specialist, focusing on digital HR and learning strategy. Jaspal has also led initiatives at Aditya Birla Financial Services Group, where the responsibility included overseeing a digital learning university and a customer single view project. Earlier career milestones include serving as the Head of eHR & eLearning at Aditya Birla Retail Limited and leading eLearning efforts at Reliance Industries Limited. Jaspal holds a PGDBA in Marketing Management from Symbiosis, Pune, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Andhra University.
