Jayesh Prasad

Jayesh Prasad is the Head of HR Advisory - India at State Street, bringing over 20 years of experience in human resources management with a focus on BPO, IT, and ITES. They contribute to developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and align with organizational goals. Previously, Jayesh held several leadership roles, including Vice President of Global Employee Onboarding and Associate Vice President of Global Learning & Development at State Street. Jayesh has also worked as an Independent Learning Consultant and in various training and managerial positions at companies such as Convergys and Microland. They hold an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Indian School of Business Management and Administration.
