Joel van Dyk

Joel Van Dyk, CISSP, CISM, serves as the Global Chief CyberSecurity Architect and Managing Director at State Street since July 2021. Additionally, Joel is a member of the Post-Quantum Cryptography Working Group at FS-ISAC and functions as the Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Risk Officer at C2J3 CyberSecure Media. Previous roles include Chief Information Security Officer at LSEG, Convergex, and J.P. Morgan, as well as Chief Information Security Architect at DTCC. Joel's extensive experience in information security architecture and management is complemented by educational credentials that include a Master’s in Physics from New York University and a Bachelor’s in Physics from Lafayette College. Further training at Harvard Business School focused on negotiation and consensus building skills.
