Karthik Gopalan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and client experience across leading financial institutions. Currently serving as AVP - Technology Client Experience at State Street since March 2019, Karthik has been instrumental in message integration and transaction flow optimization in the context of SWIFT standards and ISO 20022 transition. Previous roles include Senior Manager - Client Experience at State Street, Manager - Lead Business Analyst at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre, and Senior Business Analyst at BNP Paribas, where Karthik excelled in process analysis, project alignment, and requirements gathering.
