Magda Cioinigel

Magda Cioinigel currently serves as Vice President of IT Transformation at State Street since April 2025. Previously, Magda held the position of Assistant Vice President of Change Management at IFDS Europe from January 2022 to April 2025. Experience includes roles at Spring Professional and Amazon as a Senior Consultant and Senior Program Manager for International Expansions, respectively. Magda's career also features significant contributions at Global Blue, where responsibilities included leading innovation in self-service kiosks and serving as Global CRM Manager, and a tenure at OMV managing a global team of project managers and overseeing a €150MM portfolio of projects. Earlier positions at Advanced Mobile Applications and Samsung Electronics Romania further developed skills in project and product management. Magda holds a Bachelor in Computer Science from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and completed the Power2Manage Program at IMD.
