Ralf Diepolder

Ralf Diepolder is a Vice President and Project Management Consultant at State Street, with extensive experience in project management, operational readiness, and client relationship management since July 2017. Prior to this role, Ralf served for nearly a decade in various capacities at State Street, including Head of Business Implementation IMS APAC, where responsibilities included overseeing new client implementations across the APAC region and developing standardized operational processes. Previous positions at J.P. Morgan, Commonwealth Bank, and Commerzbank AG provided a strong foundation in securities processing, collateral management, and OTC analysis. Ralf holds a Bachelor in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Investment from Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt.
