Van Jaff

Van Jaff currently serves as the Head of Learning & Workforce Development for Corporate Audit at State Street, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Van Jaff worked at Citi from August 2021 to April 2024 as a Senior Vice President, focusing on the Internal Audit Learning Advisory Group. From August 2015 to August 2021, Van Jaff was with Barclays, where responsibilities included Vice President of Learning and Development, Head of Learning for the US & Mexico in Internal Audit, and Learning & Development Manager for Internal Audit. Van Jaff holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Greenwich.
