Jen Royal

Jen Royal is the Enterprise Consulting Strategy & Initiatives Director at State Farm, where they drive collaboration across interdisciplinary teams and work closely with executive leaders to align initiatives with the company's strategic vision. With over 23 years of leadership experience, they previously served as the Customer Care Center Director and established the Acquisition Department within the Enterprise Care Center at State Farm. Jen is also the owner, manager, and coach of the Golden Girls Softball Organization, dedicated to empowering young women through sports. They are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in History at Florida State University.
