Larry Decker

Larry Decker has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as an Insurance Agent Team Member at State Farm since November 2023. Decker's career spans several decades, including roles as an Insurance Agent at State Farm from 1981 to 2014 and as a Commercial Field Representative for Pharmacists Mutual Insurance Company from 2018 to 2021. Additionally, Decker held the position of Executive Director at One Indiana Property & Casualty LLC from 2021 to 2023, and has been an active Basketball Official for IHSAA since 1973, officiating Boys Varsity games. Decker's background in officiating extends to work as a Women's Basketball Official for the NCAA from 1988 to 2018. With education from Indiana State University, Columbus High School, and Vincennes University, Decker has a solid foundation in business and small business management.
