Maggie Oleson

Maggie Oleson, CHFC, CLU, MA, currently serves as Vice President of Agency Sales at State Farm ®, a position held since July 2017, where responsibilities include driving sales and managing customer care for 400 independent contractor agents across Wisconsin and the Michigan UP. Previously, Maggie held roles at State Farm ®, including Sales Leader/Agency Field Executive from September 1999 to May 2016, leading a team of 40 agents in Central Illinois to enhance market share and customer retention. Additionally, Maggie's experience includes working as a State Farm Agent and serving as a lobbyist and executive speech writer focused on legislative initiatives. Prior to joining State Farm, Maggie worked as a Policy Analyst for the Illinois House Republicans from January 1996 to August 1999. Educational credentials include a Master's in Communication from Illinois State University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Southeast Missouri State University, along with Sandler Sales Training.
