Sonya Jent currently serves as the VP of Operations for Enterprise Diversity & Inclusion at State Farm Insurance Companies, a position held since January 2013. With a career at State Farm beginning in 1993, Jent has held various leadership roles, including VP of Operations for Multicultural Business Development and Vice President of Operations. Jent has also managed significant operations as Division Manager for Health Operations, overseeing the eastern US, and directed a large Customer Response Center. Additionally, Jent has experience in public affairs management and auto claims supervision within the organization. Jent earned a BBA in Marketing from the University of Mississippi’s School of Business Administration.
