Tisha Josephs

Tisha Josephs is a seasoned technology manager with extensive experience in AI enablement and workforce technology. At State Farm, Tisha served as Technology Manager for HR&D AI Enablement and Emerging Technology, driving initiatives that enhanced employee experiences through traditional and generative AI. Previously, Tisha led a team in enabling the AWS SageMaker platform, focusing on efficient model building and data access for machine learning applications. Tisha's role as IT Product Owner involved driving the development of data science enablement tools aligned with user needs. Additionally, Tisha held the position of Vice President of Membership at the Society for Women in Technology, promoting careers in technology for women. Tisha holds a Master’s degree in Business and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from The University of Georgia.
