Tom Harms possesses extensive experience in the financial services industry, primarily with State Farm ®, where tenure began in January 1996. As the Manager of Enterprise Operations Vendor Risk Management, Tom Harms oversees vendor risk associated with Claims, Underwriting, and Actuarial services. Previous roles include managing account servicing processes and leading the Bank Vendor Management Office, where Tom Harms directed the execution of the Vendor Management Program. In addition, Tom Harms has held director positions in Home Finance and Residential Lending, focusing on product leadership, strategy, and mortgage origination operations.
