T'Nesha Cleveland

T'Nesha Cleveland is an experienced billing manager with a solid background in healthcare and customer service. Currently serving as the Billing Manager at Staten Island University Hospital since December 2021, T'Nesha previously held a similar role at Avalon Hills Eating Disorders Programs from May 2014 to May 2022, enhancing billing procedures in a residential facility for girls and women with eating disorders. T'Nesha also owned T'Nesha's Tasty Treats, a home bakery supplying cakes and baked goods to a local deli, from October 2010 to June 2014. Additional experience includes working as a Collections Agent at Direct Financial Solutions in early 2014, where skills in customer service and stress management were developed, and as a Crew Member at McDonald's from January 2010 to June 2012, gaining valuable multitasking and critical thinking abilities.
