Jolon Hamilton

Jolon Hamilton currently serves as the Billing Manager at Hippo Insurance since September 2025, bringing extensive billing and contract administration experience from previous roles. Prior to this position, Jolon held the title of Sr. Manager of Billing & Contract Administration at Everon from October 2023 to September 2025. Jolon also served as the National Billing Manager at ADT Commercial from February 2022 to October 2023 and had a lengthy tenure at ADT from April 2009 to February 2022, where duties included roles as NAS Billing Supervisor and National Sr. Billing Analyst. Jolon possesses a strong background in invoice processing, contract verification, and customer billing requirements, and has contributed to customer support in various capacities earlier in the career. Jolon is an alumnus of Independence Community College.
