Thomas Johansson is an experienced communications leader with a diverse background in various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Communication at Statens fastighetsverk since August 2021, Thomas has previously held significant roles including Head of Communication at Statistics Sweden and SOS Alarm. Additional experience includes Deputy Head of Group Communication at Saab and ownership of CitizenYes AB, a consultancy focused on civic engagement and democracy enhancement. Thomas has also contributed to the public sector as Chairman of the Board of Education in Södertälje and as Press Secretary and Political Advisor at the Government of Sweden. An educational foundation in Political Science and Economics was obtained from multiple institutions including Stockholm University and Lund University.
