Dongmo-Engeland Berthe-Julienne

Dongmo-Engeland Berthe-Julienne is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience in academia and public administration. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at Statens vegvesen - Norwegian Public Roads Administration since October 2023, Berthe-Julienne has been a Førsteamanuensis at OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University since January 2018 and at Høgskolen i Oslo og Akershus since September 2015. Previously, Berthe-Julienne held positions as Vegteknolog at Statens vegvesen from April 2013 to August 2015 and Førsteamanuensis II at UMB from September 2013 to July 2015, focusing on teaching road technology. Statens vegvesen - Norwegian Public Roads Administration

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is responsible for the planning, construction and operation of the national and county road networks, vehicle inspection and requirements, driver training and licensing. It is also authorized to grant subsidies for ferry operations.
