Dongmo-Engeland Berthe-Julienne

Dongmo-Engeland Berthe-Julienne is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience in academia and public administration. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at Statens vegvesen - Norwegian Public Roads Administration since October 2023, Berthe-Julienne has been a Førsteamanuensis at OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University since January 2018 and at Høgskolen i Oslo og Akershus since September 2015. Previously, Berthe-Julienne held positions as Vegteknolog at Statens vegvesen from April 2013 to August 2015 and Førsteamanuensis II at UMB from September 2013 to July 2015, focusing on teaching road technology. Other roles include Project Leader at Trondheim kommune (September 2009 - March 2013) and Research Scientist at SINTEF (July 2004 - August 2009). Berthe-Julienne holds a Ph.D in Civil Engineering from INSA Lyon and additional degrees from Ecole nationale des Travaux publics de l'Etat and BI Norwegian Business School.
