Joy Fries

Joy Fries is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as CFO at States Manufacturing Corporation since October 2024, Joy has also held the CFO position at Aperture Pet & Life and All Flex Solutions. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Aero Systems Engineering, where Joy served as CFO and Finance Director, and a brief role as Finance Director at Shadin Avionics. Joy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Augsburg University, earned between January 1997 and January 2001.
