Sophia Russinoff is an experienced professional with a background in political science and legislative analysis. Currently serving as a Legislative Issue Manager for the State Government Team at Stateside Associates since December 2021, Sophia previously held the role of Policy and Communications Coordinator at the Massachusetts High Technology Council, Inc. for a brief period in 2022. Notably, Sophia worked as a Research Fellow on the Political team for Governor Terry McAuliffe's campaign in 2021 and has experience at Tremont Strategies Group as a Research Admin, where legislative analysis and business development data compilation were key responsibilities. Early in the career, Sophia gained experience as a Counselor at the Friends School of Baltimore and as a Lifeguard at Roland Park Pool, along with an internship in the Gubernatorial Campaign of Ralph Northam. Sophia holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Northeastern University and a High School Diploma from Roland Park Country School.
