Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Operations Consultant at Dakota Securities International, Inc. and Assistant Branch Manager at Wells Fargo Advisors. Napoleon has a strong background in compliance and risk assessment, having served as Sr. Vice President of Compliance at Atlas One Financial Group, LLC. Napoleon began their career at Merrill Lynch, working their way up to Assistant Vice-President of Service Manager, overseeing various operational tasks and customer complaint processing.

Napoleon Aponte's education history begins in 1991 when they started attending U.E. Instituto Escuela in Caracas, Venezuela. Napoleon obtained their High School Diploma in 1992 from this institution. Following this, from 1992 to 1995, they studied Commercial Aviation at Aeronautica Halcon in Caracas, Venezuela. In 2013, they obtained their GED from Florida GED in the United States.
