Douglas Zenz

Douglas Zenz is an experienced mortgage and real estate professional with a diverse background spanning multiple roles and companies. Currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Specialist at Statewide Funding Inc. since August 2022, Zenz focuses on sourcing various loan types including Purchase Money Loans and Cash out Refinances. Previously as a Senior Loan Specialist at New Leaf Funding, Zenz built and led a team of 10 loan officers while implementing effective marketing strategies. Zenz's expertise also includes significant accomplishments in commercial real estate through roles at Three G Development and New American Funding, where Zenz facilitated major multifamily development projects and set up a Builder Lending Department. Prior experience includes serving as President of Statewide Funding Corporation, where Zenz grew the company significantly, and as a Senior Banker at Barrington Capital Corp., specializing in loan origination and marketing. Zenz holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business.
