Alexandru-Alin Dumitru is a skilled visual effects professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently a member of the Visual Effects Society since May 2023, Alexandru-Alin co-founded StaticVFX Studio in August 2015, serving as VFX Supervisor and providing a comprehensive range of digital production services in Bucharest, Romania. Previous positions include Digital Compositor at Double Negative, where work included compositing for high-profile projects such as Ant-Man, and roles at Works Film Studio and Framebreed, where Alexandru-Alin contributed as a compositor and head of post-production, respectively. Alexandru-Alin holds a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia from the National University of Theatre and Film, completed in 2011, following earlier education at Colegiul National "Ion Luca Caragiale."

StaticVFX is a visual effects and post-production studio based in Bucharest, Romania. We started with one goal in mind: to provide full suite of digital production services for feature films, tv series and high-end commercials. It all started with the passion we have for the visual effects and film. Founded by artists with international experience in big studios from London and Vienna, StaticVFX wants to become one of the high-quality visual effects suppliers for international clients and studios. This is why we pay attention to pipeline, workflow and last but not least - communication with our artists and clients as well.
