Jim Torino

Jim Torino, Ph.D., MBA, serves as the Chief Operating Officer of StationMD since January 2024, focusing on leadership and operational growth. As the Founder and CEO of The Friend Foundation, established in January 2016, Jim Torino is dedicated to bullying cessation and prevention through social intervention. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Central Operations at Somatus, where responsibilities encompassed building and leading various teams for client engagement and process improvement, and National Executive Director of Operations at naviHealth, enhancing operational protocols in post-acute care. Jim Torino also held several positions at Healthways, ranging from Senior Project Manager to Senior Portfolio Manager, managing client implementations and project portfolios. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Walden University and multiple degrees in business and information systems management from Keller Graduate School of Management and St. John's University.
