Anna Weinandy (geb. Böttcher) has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Anna started their career at Seacret in 2011, where they worked in marketing and sales. Anna then moved on to Kuehne + Nagel in 2013, where they focused on people and organizational development. In 2015, they joined VHV Versicherungen as part of the human resources development team.
In 2016, Anna worked at two different companies. Anna first joined Lufthansa Technik, where they were involved in global product sales. Later that year, they became an HR-Manager at Seacret.
In 2018, Anna joined Brunel, where they worked in recruiting and sales. Anna then transitioned to Statista in 2019, starting as a junior international recruiter and later moving on to the role of international recruiter. Currently, they hold the position of team lead recruiting at Statista, a role they have been in since May 2021.
Throughout their career, Anna has gained valuable experience in various aspects of recruitment, sales, human resources, and organizational development.

Anna then pursued further education at Rhine-Waal University from 2017 to 2019, earning a Master of Science degree in International Management and Psychology with a grade of 1.1. In 2018, they also had a brief study period at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, specializing in International Management and Psychology for their Master's degree program. Additionally, in 2014, Anna briefly studied at the University of Malta, focusing on Business Psychology during their Bachelor's degree program.
