Kanae Suzuki

Kanae Suzuki, PMP, currently serves as a Program Manager in Recruiting at Stripe, a role commenced in September 2024. Prior to this, Kanae held multiple senior positions at Cruise from June 2021 to September 2024, including leading initiatives for former employees impacted by a reduction-in-force and developing strategic prioritization exercises within the Talent Acquisition organization. Kanae's experience also includes significant contributions at Intercom, Dropbox, MZ, and Deloitte, with a focus on talent operations, recruiting processes, and project management. An accomplished professional, Kanae achieved PMP certification in April 2023 and has a foundational background in auditing from Deloitte, holding a B.A. in Business Management Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
