April Robinson has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. April started their career as a Human Resource Assistant at Ice Miller LLP in 2014, where they developed new processes to streamline hiring and conducted new hire orientations and training. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at UPS as a Sr. Human Resource Administrative Assistant, where they participated in job fairs, managed reports on open requisitions, and negotiated contract agreements. April then joined WellStar Health System as an On-boarding Specialist in 2018, where they managed logistics for interviews and pre-hire diligence. In 2019, they joined Crawford & Company as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and later became a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, utilizing recruiting strategies, leveraging market expertise, and educating hiring managers. April then worked at Northside Hospital as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are serving as a Corporate Recruiter at Statista, starting in 2022.
April Robinson received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Marian University Indianapolis. April attended the university from 2009 to 2013.
