Following this, in 2011-2013, Lars earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Management & Entrepreneurship from Leuphana University of Lüneburg. During their Master's program, in 2012, they also participated in a training program in Global Leadership at San Jose State University. Lars further expanded their academic pursuits by becoming a Visiting Graduate Student at Columbia University's Columbia Business School in 2012-2013. Most recently, in 2022, Lars completed an Executive Education program in Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption at INSEAD.
